Just Cool It Inc.

Built to Cool. Built to Last.

CoolCote combines advanced ceramic and mineral exterior coating technology with Thermalizr building intelligence. Our focus starts in Florida and extends to the broader Sun Belt—serving homeowners, commercial property owners, developers, facility operators, schools, municipalities, and painting contractors.

For Us, Heat Is Personal.

Founder Tim Sperry experienced heat stroke as a child. Years later, after developing advanced materials technologies, he set out to address buildings’ daily exposure to the sun’s heat. Our work is grounded in a practical goal: evaluate the surfaces we have, improve suitable exteriors, and measure results honestly.
